Which emails MAYAASSOCIATES sends, and how to change or stop them at any time.

Kinds of email

Each kind of email below needs its own choice. Nothing is chosen for you in advance.

Birthday greetings
An email greeting on your birthday.
Festival and event greetings
Email greetings on festivals and other occasions.
Newsletters and updates
Occasional updates sent to everyone who has chosen to receive them.
Email open tracking
Measuring whether our emails are opened.
Replies and service messages
Replies to your enquiry and messages about work you have asked MAYAASSOCIATES to do. These are part of the work you ask for, so they are not stopped by an unsubscribe.

How to stop or change emails

  • Every greeting or update email has an unsubscribe link. Opening it shows a page where you can unsubscribe with one button, or choose which kinds of email you still want. No login or password is needed.
  • Email apps that show an “Unsubscribe” button next to the sender use the same link. That unsubscribe takes effect immediately.
  • Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. To start receiving a kind of email again later, contact MAYAASSOCIATES directly, so that the request can be confirmed as yours.
  • After you unsubscribe, your address is kept on a do-not-email list so that the choice is respected, even if your other details are later erased.

Without an email link

You do not have to wait for an email. Ticking a greetings or newsletter box on the contact form does not start any emails by itself: MAYAASSOCIATES first confirms the request with you. To withdraw a choice at any time, including one you ticked on the contact form, write to nikhilmittal@mayaassociate.com or call +91 93760 33333, or send a message through the contact page saying which emails to stop, and the withdrawal will be recorded against your details.
